Friday November 11, 2011 – Monday November 14, 2011

On 11-14-2011 an Officer observed two subjects in Lot 43 that had been

previously barred from SFA’s Campus. The Officer made contact with the

subjects and both subjects were arrested for criminal trespass and

transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without incident. There are

two suspects.

On 11-13-2011 an Officer was dispatched to Hall

14 in reference to a subject being in possession of stolen property.

Upon arrival the Officer located a subject in possession of a stolen

skateboard. The skateboard was returned to the owner. There is one suspect.

On 11-13-2011 an Officer observed two suspicious subjects in lot 50.

The Officer made contact with the subjects and observed one of the

subjects throw an item onto the ground. The Officer located the item

and discovered it to be marihuana. The subject was taken into custody

and transported to the Longview Juvenile Detention Center. There is one

suspect.

On 11-13-2011 an Officer conducted a traffic stop on East College St.

for a traffic violation. The Officer made contact with the driver and

discovered the driver to be a minor that had been consuming alcohol.

The subject was arrested for Driving Under the Influence by a Minor and

transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without incident. There is

one suspect.

On 11-12-2011 an Officer was dispatched to the area of the Kerr Hall in

reference to two suspicious persons. The Officer located the subjects

in front of the Liberal Arts Building. One of the subjects was found to be in possession of stolen property.

The subject was arrested and transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail

without incident. Both subjects were issued criminal trespass warnings

from SFA’s campus. There is one suspect.

On 11-11-2011 an Officer was dispatched to the lobby of UPD in

reference to Theft. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the

complainant, who advised on 11-9-2011 money was stolen from his

unattended wallet at Hall 14. There is one suspect.

Thursday November 10, 2011 – Friday November 11, 2011

On 11-10-2011 an Officer was dispatched to the Lumberjack Landing in

reference to Harassment. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised

for the three weeks he has been receiving harassing text messages and

phone calls from a known person. There is one suspect.

On 11-10-2011 an Officer made contact with two complainants in the

lobby at UPD in reference to Assault. The complainants advised in

October they were assaulted by offensive contact by a known person

while in the Lower Art Building. There is one suspect.

On 11-10-2011 an Officer made contact with a complainant in the lobby

of UPD in reference to Assault. The complainant stated on 11-5-2011 she

was assaulted by offensive contact by a known person while at the SFA

Experimental Forest. There is one suspect.

Wednesday November 9, 2011 – Thursday November 10, 2011

On 11-9-2011 an Officer was dispatched to the Liberal Arts North

Building in reference to Theft. Upon arrival the Officer made contact

with the complainant, who advised between 11-8-2011 and 11-9-2011 her

laptop was stolen from her unsecure office at the Liberal Arts North Building.

There are no suspects.

On 11-8-2011 an Officer was dispatched to the Business Office in

reference to Theft. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with an SFA

employee who advised a SFA student received money from another SFA

students account without authorization. There is one suspect.
