November 14: NPD Crime Report

This is a complete list of reports responded to by the Nacogdoches Police Department

In reference to the Aggravated Robbery reported at 5:00 am Sunday morning at 3228 North Street: A black male, dressed in a tan hoodie with black or dark blue hood and shoulders, entered the store and demanded money from the clerk. The suspect indicated that he had a gun, but a weapon was not displayed. the Suspect took an undetermined amount of cash from the register, and fled the store on foot. The suspect was further described as being skinny build, 5’8″ tall, and had a white cloth covering his face.

In reference to P11-19440- Burglary- Officers were called to a burglary in progress at a residence in the 100 block of Sweetgum Street. It was determined that forced entry was made to the back door of a residence, and the occupant of the home, who was at home at the time, confronted one of the suspects inside the residence. The suspect, and another who was in the yard, fled the scene. Officers contacted two suspects that matched the description given by the victim, approximately one block from the scene. Officers arrested Carnavios Hogan, age 21 of Nacogdoches and Kendrick Ducket, age 23 of Nacogdoches. They were taken to the Nacogdoches County Jail and charged with burglary of a habitation.
