     10-22457 ~ 3300 Old Tyler ~ Criminal Mischief ~ comp stated someone scratched vulgar words into the hood of his truck last night.

     10-22454 ~1300 Pruitt Hill ~ BMV ~ comp advised that unknown suspects entered into her unlocked vehicle and removed her wallet.

     10-22471 ~ 1200 South ~ Counterfeit ~ While closing out registers the comp found a counterfeit 20 dollar bill.

     P10-22480 ~ 217 S. Church ~ Burglary ~ The complainant, advised that she was away from her apartment during the afternoon and someone entered and stole her billfold with no forced entry.

     P10-22484 ~ 4800 North ~ DWI Child Passenger ~ The complainant follow a vehicle to Wal-mart that had been weaving in traffic from the south side of town. Officer contacted the driver and identified her as Jean Marie Urban. She was found to be intoxicated and she was arrested.

     P10-22473 ~ 3400 E. Main ~ Burglary of a habitation ~ The complainant, advised that persons unknown entered her apartment and stole two pieces of jewelry. There was no forced entry and no other valuables were taken.

     P10-22487 ~ 1000 E. Main ~ Criminal Mischief ~ The complainant, advised that her 1994 Mercury Caprice had a tire cut on it while she was in the salon between 1920 and 1930. She valued the tire at 100 dollars.

     P10-22475 ~ 4800 Emerald ~Credit Card Abuse ~The complainant, advised that her boyfriend had assaulted her at her home. He then took twenty dollars cash from her purse and her debit card. She came to the police department a short time later to report unauthorized expenditures on the card. She wishes to file charges.

     3800 North Theft Officer received a tip from a store that a wanted person that we have been looking for had just left. Officers located the subject who had a Felony Theft warrant and arrested him. While arresting him Officers found a DVD player underneath his jacket that he had just stolen from a local store. The plastic sack the subject was carrying at the time of his arrest contained a new pair of boots that he also had stolen from another local store.

     100 N Fredonia Driving While License Invalid Officer stopped a car due to a traffic violation and found that her license was suspended.

     100 Old Line Drive BOH Complainant left his house for a few hours and when he returned he found that his computer and backpack were taken.

     100 Oak Hill Plaza Assault Family Violence Officers responded to a disturbance and located both parties. One subject was upset because her boyfriend did not make the correct breakfast for her children. During this argument he pushed her.

     300 Ellington Criminal Mischief Complainat advised that his girlfriend got mad at him and smashed his cellphone.

     900 Shawnee Assault Family violence/Criminal Mischief Complainant advised that he had gotten into an argument with his girlfriend and she walked out of his house. Complainant locked the door behind her and she broke out a window. Complainant went back outside to stop her from damaging more of his house and she bit him on the arm.

     2500 Saratoga Burglary of a Habitation Complainant left his house for a few hours and when he returned he found that his window had been broken out. When he went inside he found that his TV, Camera, Xbox, Wii and 10 games were missing.

     1700 W Austin Driving while Intoxicated Officer stopped a vehicle for speeding and found the driver to be intoxicated. He was arrested.

     1700 North Theft Complainant advised he left his cellphone on the counter and when he went back it was gone.

     3200 North Aggravated Robbery The victim advised he was trying to sell him MP3 player to a subject who told him to meet him across the street. When the victim went to the location he was assaulted and states that he had a pistol put to his head. The suspect along with another subject took his money, jewelry and the MP3 player.

     100 North DWLI Officer stopped a vehicle that was called in as a reckless driver. The driver’s license was found to be suspended and the driver did not have the vehicle insured. The driver was arrested.

    1100 Woodbine Burglary of a Habitation Complainant left her residence for a few minutes and when she returned she found that her front door was forced open and two TV’s were taken.

    2200 Applebysand Rd DWI Officers responded to a minor accident and found one of the drivers intoxicated. He was arrested.

    4800 Warr Circle Assault Family Violence/Resisting Transportation Offficers responded to a fight between two brothers. Officers arrested one brother for a warrant and the subject resisted being placed into a police vehicle.

     600 NW Stallings Burglary of Motor Vehicle Complainant advised that during her lunch break she went to her vehicle and found one of her windows had been busted out. Complainant states that the only thing taken was a bag full of papers.

     1200 Dolph Possession of Marijuana Officer contacted a subject during a traffic stop and found him to have a warrant. Officer then located some marijuana on the subject after the arrest.

     200 W Austin Burglary of Motor Vehicle Subject stated that he has not checked on his vehicle in over three weeks when he noticed his trailer hitch was missing. He then noticed that someone had entered his vehicle and took his jacket and pistol.

     900 N University Theft Complainant advised that he dropped his wallet in the parking lot and when he went back it was gone.

     1400 North Theft Unk subject stole several items from the store and was chased by employees. During the chase the actor dropped some items which were recovered by employee’s.

     800 MLK Jr DWLI Officer stopped a vehicle due to a traffic violation. Computer check showed that the subject’s drivers license was suspended.

     119 Beall, Criminal Mischief: The manager of a Minit Mart stated that two males came into the store trying to cash a Western Union money order and became angry when the comp would not cash the money order. As the two subjects left, one of them pushed the front door open very hard causing the top hinge to get damaged. The two subjects got into a grey 2dr Pontiac Grand Prix vehicle and left the area.

     3505 South, Theft: Comp advised that an employee took money from the business. Suspect would ring up a sale, collect the money then cancel the transaction on the cash register. Suspect would then keep the money. Suspect arrived for work while officer was on scene and was arrested for a warrant unrelated to this incident. Warrant being requested for this theft.

     1602 Cardinal, BMV: Comp advised that between 12/16 and 12/18 her vehicle had been burglarized. She was not sure if her vehicle was locked. Reported by phone because she did not have time to call prior to leaving town. Taken was a silver IPOD touch valued at $150 and a black cd case containing about 70 cd’s valued at $300.

     3428 South, M-C Assault F/V, Crim. Mischief: Officers responded to Rm 120 at the Best Western in reference to an unknown situation. On arrival, Officer contacted a male and female. The two had lived together for about 2 yrs and are now ex’s. The female said she was there to discuss getting some of her belongings from her ex-boyfriend and he said she came over for fun. She changed her mind and they started to argue and assaulted each other and the female threw her phone in the parking lot after she called her current boyfriend to come over. The two were arrested.
