The Nacogdoches County Sheriff’s Office executed a Search Warrant a few minutes ago at a residence located at 160 County Road 628 (off FM 2782). Probable Cause was developed earlier today to secure a search warrant at the residence.
Darrell Ray Kenney
The home owner, Darrell Kenney, was the only person at the residence when the warrant was executed. He was taken into custody without incident and will be charged with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture/deliver.
