Ms. Doretha F. Chandler 70, passed away on August 25, 2012 at Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital. She was born on January 12, 1942 to parents Morris Faulkner and Emma Lee Brandon Faulkner in Nacogdoches.
She was married on June 17, 1961 to Clarence E. Chandler and they had 42 wonderful years together.
A graveside service will take place on Tuesday August 28, 2012 at 2:00 pm at Martinsville Cemetery with Bro. Garrel Faulkner officiating. Friends and family are invited to visitation on Monday evening at Cason Monk-Metcalf Funeral Directors from 5-7 pm.
Doretha is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Clarence E. Chandler, son, Carl Brandon Chandler; brother, Lathon Faulkner.
She is survived by sons, Clark Chandler and wife Karen, Chris Chandler; grandsons, Chase Chandler, Cason Chandler; granddaughters, Kaylyn Moody and husband Brad, Madalyn Chandler; great granddaughter Macy Moody; brothers Larry Faulkner and wife Linda, Ashley Faulkner and wife Maria; sister, Darla Davis and many nieces and nephews.
