In reference to pornography call- complainant found some pornographic materials in a mailbox. Unknown suspects.
In re: Aggravated assault-3413 East Main. During a disturbance, a 18 year old man was stabbed by a female suspect during a disturbance. Brittany Lyndell Whitaker, age 23 of Nacogdoches was charged after she allegedly stabbed the victim in the shoulder with a kitchen knife. The victim was treated at the hospital for non-life threatening injury. The suspect was arrested.
In re: Sexual assault; 1700 block of Press Road- a known suspect reportedly sexually assaulted a 15 year old female near the railroad tracks. The suspect and the victim were acquainted. Investigation is underway.
