A graveside communal service for Mr. Larry Gene Rogers, 50, of Nacogdoches, Texas will be held on Wednesday, February 23, 2011, at 11:00 am at Douglass Cemetery with Rev. Sonny Scarborough officiating.
Mr. Rogers was born on November 15, 1960, in Beaumont, Texas to Billy and Barbara “Bobbie” Moody Rogers. He died on February 20, 2011, in Nacogdoches, Texas.
Larry is survived by a son, Justin Rogers of Houston; one daughter, Witney King and husband, Stephen of Temple; two uncles, Harold Rogers and Joe Rogers of Nacogdoches; two aunts, Shirley Burnes and Linda Davis of Nacogdoches; four grandchildren; and numerous other extended family and good friends.
