ACCIDENT INVOLVED A 1996 CADILLAC DRIVEN BY PHILLIP ALAN FRAZIER, AGE 49, OF GARRISON WHICH WAS NORTHBOUND ON NORTH STREET. A PEDESTRIAN, IDENTIFIED AS LYNDE KRISTINE CHUNN, 28, OF NACOGDOCHES, WAS CROSSING NORTH STREET FROM EAST TO WEST. THE PEDESTRIAN STEPPED INTO THE PATH OF THE CADILLAC. MS. CHUNN WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE BY JP PCT. 2 DOROTHY TIGNER THOMPSON. NO CHARGES HAVE BEEN FILED IN THE ACCIDENT.
THEFT; 4500 BLOCK OF COLONIAL DRIVE. COMPLAINANT REPORTED A MISSING WALLET CONTAINING SOME CASH AND IDENTIFYING INFORMATION.
TERRORISTIC THREAT; 600 BLOCK OF SHAWNEE. COMPLAINANT REPORTED THAT A FAMILY MEMBER THREATENED THE COMPLAINANT WITH A KNIFE.
ASSAULT; 1600 BLOCK OF CARDINAL. COMPLAINANT REPORTED THAT A KNOWN SUSPECT PUSHED HER TO THE GROUND DURING A DISTURBANCE.
FORGERY; 3100 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. COMPLAINANT REPORTED THAT AN UNKNOWN SUSPECT HAD PASSED AN ALTERED CHECK AT THE DRIVE IN OF THE BUSINESS.
POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE; 400 BLOCK OF LAKE STREET. OFFICERS RESPONDED TO A 911 HANG UP. OFFICERS CONTACTED THE SUSPECT WHO WAS FOUND TO HAVE OUTSTANDING CITY WARRANTS. THE SUSPECT WAS THEN FOUND TO BE IN POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE.
