PUBLIC INFORMATION REPORT FOR SUNDAY, DECEMBER 5, 2010
INFORMATION FROM 0600 12.04.10 to 0600 12.05.2010
P10-21384 – 2000 North St. – DWI – officers responded to reports of a male suspect passed out in the drive thru of jack in the box. William Reed was found to be in an intoxicated condition and placed under arrest.
10-21335 – 300 Sweetgum – Criminal Trespass – comp found suspect sleeping in a vacant house and called the police. Officers arrived and located the suspect down the street. Suspect was found to have a previous warning from the location. Warrant request.
10-21352 200 – Old Line Drive – Fail to ID – Officers contacted Lonnie Lamford on a suspicious person call. Lonnie gave false information due to him thinking he had a warrant for speeding from Houston PD. Nothing was found and he was arrested.
10-21353 – 1000 South – BMV. comp advised that she forgot to lock the door to her vehicle while she was shopping and several vicodin pills were taken.
P10-21385 – 4600 North St – found property – While investigating a disturbance, officer found a wallet. Officers were unable to locate the comp at the time , property stored for safe keeping.
P10-21374 – 3200 Warwick – POM – Officers found a vehicle parked in a cul-de-sac and the occupants were smoking marijuana. Victoria Hudak and John Maldonado were arrested after officers found a usable amount in the vehicle.
P10-21377 – 3000 N. Pecan – Agg Assault – suspect had the mother of his baby stop by to pick up the baby. An argument started and he threw baby formula on her and she threw a bottle of lotion on him. This escalated to her pouring flower on his bed; he grabbed her and dragged her outside while she was pulling his hair out. Both denied injuries to officers. Later she went to the hospital and discovered a broken ring finger and a mild concussion.
P10-21383 – 4600 North St. – Agg Assault – Officers had a report of a group of people fighting in the parking lot. Officers found Alonso Baltazar (Resisting Arrest & Evading) with his shirt off and cursing others. Officer tried to detain him and he tried to flee but was caught in the middle of North St. Alonso was arrested. Officers then contacted victim who stated his vehicle was back into by another. He contacted the H/F driver and was jumped by several H/Ms. One hit him from behind with a beer bottle. No injury could be observed, but victim was talking slowly. Ems was called to the scene, victim refused transport but did go to the hospital. Later at the hospital suspect was admitted into intensive care because of bleeding on his brain.
P10-21380 – 2000 South St. – DWI- Vehicle stopped for erratic driving. The driver Ceaser Morales was found in an intoxicated condition and placed under arrest.
P10-21396 – 805 E. Lane Dr. – Agg Assault – Stephanie Woods pointed a shotgun at her boyfriend when he was tearing up the Christmas tree. She was arrested.
