November 26 Crime Report: No number, no phone

PUBLIC INFORMATION REPORT FOR FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 26, 2010
INFORMATION FROM 0600 11.25.10 to 0600 11.26.2010

     1507 North (PI & Criminal Mischief) Victim reported a drunk man approached her in the club, made several sexual comments towards and when she ignored him, he took her phone and threw it in a pool. Officers located the suspect, found him intoxicated and placed him under arrest.

     1300 block Ritchie St. (BOH) Victim returned home and found the back glass broken out of her back door. A lap top, several rings and music CDs were taken. Another complainant was at work and could not respond. When he arrives back more items may be added.

     400 block Oakhill Plaza Dr. (Abandoning or Endangering a Child) Two subjects left six children alone at home. The oldest was 8 years old and the youngest was one. After an hour, two responsible adults showed up. The children were released to them.

     3831 NE Stallings (POM) Vehicle was stopped for traffic charges, the driver and passengers smelled of marijuana. A small bag of marijuana was found in one of the occupants purse. She was arrested

     100 block Kent St (BOH) Victim stated he was not positive when this occurred. A set of Chevy wheels are missing from behind his home. Inside the home a Wii , PS2, and a Glock 9mm Model 22 was taken.

     2800 block North St. (Assault FV) Female subject and her boyfriend got in a fight with each other at her mom’s house and got kicked out. She was going somewhere else and he kept following her against her wishes. She struck him in the face. He called the police. They were separated.
