November 25 Crime Report: Breaking windows is strictly “Tabu”

PUBLIC INFORMATION REPORT FOR THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 25, 2010
INFORMATION FROM 0600 11.24.10 to 0600 11.25.2010

     2100 block North St. (Criminal Mischief) Suspect used a brick to break out a window of a green VW Passat that was parked in north parking lot of Tabu coffee. Nothing was taken.

     400 block W. California (Assault FV) Complainant advised her boyfriend had assaulted her by slamming her head into the bed post and holding her by the neck. Suspect stated after he received a text from another woman, his girlfriend attacked him and he defended himself.

     2500 block Daybreak Dr. (Agg. Assault FV) 16 YOA girl stated her 16 YOA boyfriend assaulted her by pushing her out of the house. Both of them had minor injuries. She stated she did not want to leave and at one point he displayed a gun, telling her to leave the house. Female was picked up by her Mother.

     2700 block Elizabeth (PI & Assault FV) Suspect went to her daughter’s home in an intoxicated condition and started a fight with her. The mother was forced out of the home and the daughter did not want to file any charges. The mother was arrested for public intoxication.
