The Memorial Day celebration will include recognition of veterans and active duty military personnel, posting of the United States and Texas flags by the Civil Air Patrol and featured speaker Melissa Bohananan, a Nacogdoches High School teacher who worked with her students to collect oral histories of Vietnam veterans. Continental breakfast will be available before, during and after the service. A tribute movie with photos of Nacogdoches veterans will be presented in the funeral home chapel. There will also be free giveaways available to those in attendance.
