1200 Durst Assault (Family Violence) Victim stated his girlfriend assaulted him when he would not give her money for drugs.
200 Old Tyler Burglary Motor Vehicle Unknown subject broke out the window to complainants vehicle and took her GPS and purse.
900 E Austin Forgery Unknown subject passed a forged Travelers Check.
2800 Woden RD Theft Complainants 1978 Ford Econoline Van with “St. James Baptist Church” on the side was stolen out of his yard.
1900 Pruitt Hill Identity Theft Complainant stated unknown subject used his name and social security number to open a Dish network account in Lufkin.
2000 Beverly Drive Burglary of Habitation and Criminal Mischief Complainant advised he got into an argument with a family member over money. When he was almost home he saw the family member speeding away from his residence. He found his back door had been kicked in and a jar of money was missing. His vehicle which was parked in the driveway was also damaged.
1300 Gasaway Burglary of Habitation Complainant states that unknown subject forced entry into her residence and took three laptop games and one hard drive.
1400 Martinsville Burglary of Habitation Complainant stated she heard her car alarm go off and noticed a male subject was inside of her car. When she yelled at him he took off. The only thing she found missing was her insurance card.
1200 N Mound Recovered Stolen Vehicle Officers contacted a subject who found his father’s vehicle which was reported stolen from Center PD.
