On 12-5-2011 an Officer observed a subject asleep on the sidewalk on the north side of the Griffith Fine Arts. The Officer contacted the subject and discovered the subject to be intoxicated to a point of being a danger to himself or others. The subjects was arrested and transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without incident. There is one suspect.
On 12-4-2011 an Officer was dispatched to the East College Cafeteria in reference to Theft. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 12-3-2011 her unattended backpack was stolen from Steen Library. There are no suspects.
On 12-3-2011 an Officer was dispatched to the lobby of UPD in reference to Sexual Assault. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 12-3-2011 she was sexually assaulted by a known subject at Griffith Hall. Further investigation is being conducted by the University Police Department. There is one suspect.
On 12-2-2011 an Officer was dispatched to Griffith Hall in reference to Criminal Mischief. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised an unknown subject(s) had written in the south stairwell of Griffith Hall with a marker. There are no suspects.
