Daniel W. Rhodes, 63, of Nacogdoches, was killed Wednesday morning. Rhodes was westbound on Hwy. 21 three miles west of Douglass when an eastbound tractor trailer left the roadway and over corrected. The tractor trailer rolled onto its top into the oncoming lane where it was struck by Rhodes.
