INFORMATION FROM 0600 11.12.10 to 0600 11.13.2010

     P10-20098 / 2005 E. Main (Assault FV) Victim stated her ex-husband came to her residence to exchange personal belongings. When he took music albums she went to the truck to get them back. He ran into her and took the albums out of her hands and left.

     P10-20110 / 1103 Spokane (Duty on striking Fixture or Landscaping) A white one ton flatbed tool truck backed over the stop sign and a fence before leaving.

     P10-20093 / 401 SE Stallings Dr. (theft) Victim reported her 13” flat screen TV missing from her room. Occurred between 21:30 hrs and 06:30 hrs this date.

     P10-20111 / 2012 Durst (BOH) Victim is reporting her home was burglarized with no forced entry observed. Only items taken was her new bottle of medication.

     P10-20096 / 729 Cariker (Assault FV) A husband and wife who are currently separated got into an argument over child custody. During the argument the suspect slapped the victim.

     P10-20114 / N University Dr(BOH-) Juveniles came home and found the sliding glass door open then were confronted by a black male. The black male left the residence with Toshiba computer and a web cam.

     P10-20089 / 4810 North St (theft) An employee of Wal-mart was found to have stolen $1,900.00 from cash registers over a course of a month and a half. Charges are being filed.

     P10-20085 / 4810 North st (theft) Two known subjects were observed by store loss prevention officers concealing items in their pants. The subjects were contacted and detained until police arrived. Subjects were arrested and taken to jail for shoplifting. Evans, Richard and Smallwood, Michael were arrested.

INFORMATION FROM 0600 11.11.10 to 0600 11.12.2010

     1900 Woden Rd. / (Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon) Officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The driver and passenger had outstanding warrants for their arrest. They were arrested, and when searched one subject was in possession of a small .22 cal pistol.

     3100 E Main (Court Order in Operators Possession & Possession of Drug Paraphernalia) Vehicle was stopped for a traffic violation. Driver’s license was suspended except for going to work and back. He did not have a copy of that court order. A bottle was found in his pocket that had white powder residue in it. He was arrested.

     1811 North St. #19 (Theft) Victim stated a past girlfriend had come by to braid his hair. When another woman came by, she left and he later discovered his cell phone missing.

     700 S. Fredonia (DWI W/Child Passenger) Officer stopped a vehicle for driving recklessly. Driver was a 17-year-old who officer found in an intoxicated state. There was a 13-year-old passenger in the vehicle. The driver was arrested.

     4921 NW Stallings (BMV) Victim left his vehicle parked behind the store. When he returned he found a window pushed in and his CB radio and GPS missing.

     1600 Eliza (POM) Officers made a traffic stop and smelled the odor of marijuana. Driver admitted to having crack cocaine in her purse. The cocaine was located and she was arrested.

     800 W. Austin (DWI) Officers stopped a vehicle that was crossing the center stripe into the oncoming lane of traffic. The driver was found to be intoxicated and placed under arrest.

INFORMATION FROM 0600 11.10.10 to 0600 11.11.2010

     ASSAULT; 200 BLOCK OF EAST SPRADLEY. THE FEMALE COMPLAINANT REPORTED THAT ANOTHER FEMALE WAS MOVING IN THE RESIDENCE WHEN THEY BECAME INVOLVED IN A DISAGREEMENT. THE FEMALE STRUCK THE COMPLAINANT IN THE MOUTH AND LEFT. THE SUSPECT WAS LOCATED AND ARRESTED.

     DWI; 100 BLOCK OF WEST SPRADLEY. OFFICERS STOPPED A VEHICLE ON AN ASSAULT INVESTIGATION. THE DRIVER WAS SUSPECTED OF BEING INTOXICATED AND WAS ARRESTED.

     ASSAULT; 1300 BLOCK OF CLEAVER STREET. TWO SUSPECTS WERE OBSERVED FIGHTING. BOTH MALE SUSPECTS WERE ARRESTED.

     DWLI; 700 BLOCK OF MLK. OFFICER STOPPED A VEHICLE FOR A TRAFFIC VIOLATION. THE DRIVER WAS FOUND TO HAVE A SUSPENDED LICENSE AND WAS ARRESTED.

     GRAFFITI; 600 BLOCK OF NORTH UNIVERSITY DRIVE. UNKNOWN SUSPECT SPRAYPAINED GRAFFITI ON A BUILDING.

     BURGLARY OF A HABITATION; 300 BLOCK OF NORTH SANDERS. COMPLAINANT ADVISED THAT UNKNOWN SUSPECTS HAD ENTERED A RESIDENCE. NOTHING WAS TAKEN, ENTRY WAS FORCED TO THE BUILDING.

     BURGLARY OF A HABITATION; 400 BLOCK OF WARREN DRIVE. ENTRY WAS FORCED TO A RESIDENCE AND A SMALL AMOUNT OF CASH AND SOME JEWELRY WAS TAKEN.
