On 3-28-2012 an Officer observed two subjects fighting in the Grand Ballroom located in the Baker Patillo Student Center. The subjects were contacted and issued citations for Disorderly Conduct. There are two suspects.

On 3-28-2012 an Officer was dispatched to South Hall in reference to a Theft. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 3-27-2012 her unsecure cell phone was stolen at Griffith Hall. There are no suspects.

Tuesday March 27, 2012 – Wednesday March 28, 2012

On 3-27-2012 an Officer was dispatched to the lobby of UPD in reference to a Theft. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 3-27-2012 her unattended cell phone was stolen from the East College Cafeteria. There are no suspects.

On 3-27-2012 an Officer was dispatched to the Parking and Traffic Office in reference to a Theft. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 3-27-2012 his unattended cell phone was stolen at the Student Recreation Center. There are no suspects.

Monday March 26, 2012 – Tuesday March 27, 2012

On 3-26-2012 an Officer initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle on East College St. The Officer found the four subjects inside the vehicle to be in possession of marihuana. All four subjects were arrested for possession of marihuana and transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without incident. There are four suspects.

On 3-26-2012 an Officer was dispatched to the lobby of UPD in reference to Theft. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 3-23-2012 money was stolen from her unattended wallet at Steen Library. There are no suspects.

Friday March 23, 2012 – Monday March 26, 2012

On 3-25-2012 an Officer observed a subject near the Intramural Field that the Officer knew had been previously barred from SFA’s campus. The Officer made contact with the subject who provided the Officer with a fictitious name. The subject was arrested for Criminal Trespass and Failure to Identify and transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without incident. There is one suspect.

On 3-25-2012 an Officer made contact with a subject in the 600 block of East College St. The subject was a minor and had been consuming alcohol. The subject was issued a citation for consumption of alcohol by a minor. There is one suspect.

On 3-25-2012 an Officer was dispatched to the 2200 block of Wilson Dr. in reference to an Intoxicated Person. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with a subject and determined the subject was intoxicated to a point of being a danger to herself and others due to the consumption of alcohol. The subject was arrested for Public Intoxication and transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without incident. There is one suspect.

On 3-24-2012 an Officer was dispatched to Steen Hall in reference to two suspicious persons. Upon arrival the Officer located the subjects and determined that both subjects were intoxicated to a point of being a danger to themselves and others due to the consumption of alcohol. Both subjects were arrested for Public Intoxication and transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without incident. There are two suspects.

On 3-23-2012 an Officer was dispatched to Hall 20 in reference to a Disturbance. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with a subject who was a minor and had been consuming alcohol. The subject was issued a citation for consumption of alcohol by minor. There is one suspect.

On 3-23-2012 an Officer was dispatched to Lumberjack Landing in reference to Theft. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised since 3-8-2012 movies have been removed from his residence at Lumberjack Landing. There are no suspects.
