P12-21223-Deadly Conduct- 2 workers working on a cell tower reported hearing a pop and a whistling noise. The workers believed that someone discharged a firearm in their direction. Officers responded and searched the area. No suspect was located.
P12-21252- Injury to a Child- officers responded to a report that a man was disciplining a 3 year old child in a restaurant and was using excessive force. Officers contacted the child and the man, who is the child’s father. No obvious signs of injury were noted to the child. Child Protective Services was notified and responded. No arrests were made, and CPS has taken charge of the investigation.
