February 28: NPD Crime Report

     DWLI; 2200 BLOCK OF DOUGLASS ROAD. OFFICERS STOPPED A VEHICLE FOR TRAFFIC. THE DRIVER WAS FOUND TO HAVE A SUSPENDED DRIVERS LICENSE WITH A PREVIOUS CONVICTION.

     BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE; 1600 BLOCK OF CARDINAL. ENTRY WAS FORCED TO A VEHICLE AND AN IN DASH STEREO WAS STOLEN.

     ASSAULT; 3100 BLOCK OF NORTH PECAN. COMPLAINANT WAS PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED BY A KNOWN SUSPECT DURING A DISTURBANCE. NO SERIOUS INJURY, WARRANT REQUESTED.

     THEFT; 1100 BLOCK OF NORTH UNIVERSITY DRIVE. A SUSPECT WAS STOPPED BY A STORE EMPLOYEE ATTEMPTING TO LEAVE A STORE WITHOUT PAYING FOR ASSORTED CLOTHING ITEMS. THE SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED.

     DWLI; 200 BLOCK OF WEST STARR AVENUE. OFFICER CONTACTED A VEHICLE ON A TRAFFIC STOP. THE DRIVER WAS FOUND TO HAVE A SUSPENDED DRIVERS LICENSE AND WAS ARRESTED.
