February 19: NPD Crime Report

     11-02536 / 1600 Cardinal #212 (Criminal Mischief) the comp advised that an unk subject damaged her door.

     11-05242 / 2000 Durst (Harassment) a known suspect has been calling the comp non-stop. Subject was warned twice by officer and he continued to call. Warrant request.

     P11-02559 / 1300 North St. (Duty on striking unattended vehicle) In a private parking lot, a white Ford Mustang had damage to the right quarter panel. The impact pushed the car out of the parking space.

     P11-02579 / 2400 S. Fredonia (DWI) Officer stopped a vehicle for speeding. The driver Baldomero Reyes was found to be in an intoxicated condition. He was arrested.

     P11-02583 / 1000 N. University (BMV) When victim returned to his vehicle, he found the door open and a light on inside, A window had been broken out. He observed a B/M wearing a white and navy blue flannel shirt with dark pants running up the hill to the Mall. He then saw a white 4-door car left the Mall and went north on University.

     P11-02591 / 1500 North St. (PI & Resisting Arrest) Officers responded to a large disturbance in the parking lot of a local night club. Suspect was arguing with others and was told to leave by officers. When he continued the arguing, officers ordered him to stop. Officer then went to place the suspect under arrest. Suspect john smith then resisted the officers effort to place him in custody, he was taken to the county jail.

     P11-02576 / 1200 Mound (Criminal Mischief) Victim had her Honda Civic rear tires punctured and both headlights painted over. Hospital video shows at 19:33 hrs a W/M damaging her car and leaves in a white truck.

     P11-02594 / 1500 North (Assault) Victim was inside a local night club, when her friend walked up to her and punched her in the face.

     P11-02590 / 100 North St. (DWI) Officer observed a vehicle almost collide with a highway fixture. When stopped the driver John Vera was found to be intoxicated and he was arrested at this time. Passenger Jordan Vera was found to be intoxicated and was also arrested.

     P11-02566 / 1300 Spokane St. (Assault & Resisting Arrest) Officers responded to a disturbance where Alexandra Robbins had assaulted his mother. Officers found him outside in the yard. Robbins was aggressive towards officers and refused to comply with their commands until a Taser was drawn and pointed at him. He was arrested.

     P11-02600: 800 Lock (Assault/inter w/ 911 call) The comp stated that her mother had choked her and took her phone away when she called 911.

     P11-02584/ 1600 University (DWI) Officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The driver Gordan Booker was found to be intoxicated and arrested, the passenger Justin Richard was also found to be intoxicated and arrested.

     P11-02602: 1500 North (Assault) The comp stated that she was assaulted by several females while in the parking lot of a local night club. Of the 4 suspects one is known by the comp
