February 16: SFA Crime Log

Tuesday February 15, 2011 – Wednesday February 16, 2011

     On 2-16-2011 an Officer observed graffiti on a building in the 200 block of East College St. An unknown person had used spray paint to paint a word on the side of the building. There are no suspects.

     On 2-16-2011 an Officer was dispatched to Hall 16 in reference to Criminal Mischief. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 2-15-2011 his bicycle was damaged at Hall 16. The Officer located nine bicycles that were damaged. There are no suspects.

     On 2-15-2011 an Officer made contact with two suspicious subjects in the Lumberjack Village Parking Garage. One of the subjects provided the Officer with a fictitious name. The subject had also been given a prior criminal trespass warning from SFA’s campus. The subject was arrested and transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without incident. There is one suspect.
