February 4: NPD Crime Report

     611 Hayward St. (Criminal Mischief) Complainant advised he purchased a 82 Chevy Caprice, and another subject was upset about it because he wanted the car. The second subject went over to the complainant’s house and kicked out two windows of the car.

     1507 North (BMV X-5) Officers responded to the Annex Club parking lot where an unknown witness reported a H/M wearing a brown hoodie, broke the window out of a vehicle and then entered a black Honda and left the area. Officers found a total of five cars broken into. Missing items included purses, wallets, Iphones, and a camera.

     5222 Northway (POM) Subject called 9-1-1 to report that he overdosed on marijuana and stated he “was going to explode”. He was transported to Memorial hospital for treatment. One burnt “joint” of marijuana was found. Warrant requested.

     2300 block of Banita St. (POM) Officers responded to a noise complaint and after knocking on the door, a subject opened the door while smoking a marijuana joint. He was arrested. Another resident was patted down and a small bag of marijuana was found. He was arrested. Another subject came out of his room and gave officer consent to look around in his bedroom. Officer found marijuana in an ashtray and he was arrested also.
