January 26: NPD Crime Report

     POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE; 300 BLOCK OF NORTH UNIVERSITY DRIVE. A FEMALE SUSPECT WAS APPROACHED IN A CAR IN A PARKING LOT. SHE APPEARED TO BE INTOXICATED. SHE WAS FOUND TO BE IN POSSESSION OF MORPHINE AND HYDROCODONE AND JESSICA RAKESTRAW ARRESTED.

     DWLI; 700 BLOCK OF SOUTH FREDONIA. OFFICERS CONTACTED A DRIVER ON A TRAFFIC STOP. THE DRIVER HAD A SUSPENDED DRIVERS LICENSE AND WAS ARRESTED.

     THEFT; 100 BLOCK OF NORTH STALLINGS DRIVE. CASH WAS DISCOVERED MISSING FROM A BUSINESS OVER THE PAST MONTH. THE TOTAL AMOUNT WAS LESS THAN $300.00.

     CRIMINAL MISCHIEF; 4700 BLOCK OF NORTH UNIVERSITY DRIVE. A VEHICLE HAD BOTH DOOR LOCKS PUNCHED WHILE PARKED IN THE PARKING LOT. NO ENTRY WAS MADE TO THE VEHICLE.
