January 25: NPD Crime Report

     DWLI; 2100 BLOCK OF BANITA STREET. OFFICER STOPPED A VEHICLE FOR EXPIRED INSPECTION STICKER AND REGISTRATION. THE DRIVER HAD A SUSPENDED DRIVERS LICENSE AND NO INSURANCE. THE DRIVER WAS ARRESTED.

     CRIMINAL MISCHIEF; 100 BLOCK OF WARREN DRIVE. TWO INDIVIDUALS WERE ARGUING OVER A WATER BILL. THE PARTIES WERE SEPARATED.

     ASSAULT; 2500 BLOCK OF DAYBREAK. COMPLAINANT REPORTED BEING PUSHED BY A KNOWN SUSPECT . NO OBVIOUS SIGNS OF PHYSICAL INJURY.

     THEFT; 200 BLOCK OF EAST PILAR STREET. OFFICERS MADE A TRAFFIC STOP AND OBSERVED A CITY STREET SIGN IN THE VEHICLE. THE SUSPECTS STATED THAT THEY KNOCKED OVER THE POLE AND TOOK THE SIGN. THREE INDIVIDUALS WERE ARRESTED.

     ASSAULT; 3000 BLOCK OF EJ CAMPBELL. A MAN AND WOMAN WERE INVOLVED IN A DISTURBANCE. THE FEMALE CLAIMED THAT THE MALE ASSAULTED HER BY BITING HER LIP. THE SUSPECT CLAIMED THAT IT WAS AN ACCIDENT. BOTH WERE SEPARATED FOR THE NIGHT.
