The Republic Steakhouse is scheduled to open on January 4, 2018. The steakhouse is located inside the Fredonia Hotel in the heart of downtown Nacogdoches.

The Republic of Fredonia Steakhouse gives you the freedom to explore decadent dishes that cannot be found anywhere else in East Texas.The Republic steakhouse will offer a wide variety of high end dishes, such as savory steaks to handcrafted smoked cocktails.
“I’m very excited about the Republic Steakhouse opening! Our team has put blood, sweat, and tears into getting it open and we want to make sure it was done right! We’re also excited we can bring a restaurant with this caliber of food and service to East Texas and talking with patrons that are excited too,” stated Bud Dewitt, Manager of the Fredonia Hotel and Convention Center.
The Republic Steakhouse calls for business casual attire. Guests can expect to spend around 90-120 minutes dining at The Republic. There is a lounge area with adjoining bar available for guests.
