The Nacogdoches Municipal Court will be open Saturday 02/25/2017 from 8am-12pm during the Texas Warrant Round Up. The Texas Warrant Round Up is a yearly event in which over 300 law enforcement agencies from around the state concentrate their efforts on making arrests and clearing warrants.
Court officials are urging citizens with warrants to come to the court prior to the Warrant Round Up to resolve their outstanding citations. A person with an outstanding warrant can be arrested at any time during the Texas Warrant Round Up, whether that be at work or at home. If a person with an outstanding warrant is arrested while driving, their vehicle may be impounded at their own expense.
