9.1 ounces of cocaine that found inside apartment

A Nacogdoches man is in custody yesterday afternoon after being found in possession of over 9 ounces of powder cocaine at his apartment. Deputies with the Nacogdoches County Sheriff Office had received information of a suspect dealing a high quantity amount of cocaine from an apartment complex on Bowie Street in the city of Nacogdoches.

Deputies arrived at the location and entered into a consensual encounter with the suspect. Deputies obtained consent to search his apartment. The searches lead to the discovery of 9.1 ounces of cocaine that was hidden inside the apartment.

Richard Molina 33 years of age was arrested at the scene for possession of a controlled substance a 1st felony. Bond was set at $25,000.00 dollars.

Sheriff Jason Bridges stated that the street value for the cocaine is over $8,000.00 dollars.
