Three juveniles have been taken into custody

Three juveniles have been taken into custody Friday morning for burglary charges. Sheriff Jason Bridges stated that the Sheriff Office took a report of a burglary that occurred at Thralls Convenience store located on highway 21 E. The burglary occurred on early Tuesday morning. Video surveillance from the store captured the photograph of three suspects. Those pictures were released to the media and social media web sites on Thursday.
The Sheriff Office received several leads in the case after the pictures were released. Sheriff Bridges stated that a Deputy at the Sheriff Office was able to identify a ball cap that one of the suspects was wearing that belonged to a local baseball team. The deputy was able to identify one of the suspects through the baseball cap and photograph.
On Friday morning, investigators spoke with one of the suspects at school. Sheriff Investigators were then able to identify all three suspects who also gave confessions to the crime. Sheriff Investigators were also able recover some of the property that had been stolen from the store.
All three suspects are male juveniles between the ages of 13 to 15 years of age. All suspects have been charged with burglary of a building a state jail felony. The suspects have been arrested and transported to the Greg County Juvenile Detention Center.
