Additional charges filed in child pornopraphy case

The Nacogdoches County Sheriff Office has filed two more felony charges against Justin Lejeune who has been in custody since December 5, 2013 on charges of Child Pornography and Improper photo or visual recording. Bonds have been set at 200,000.00 dollars on these two charges.
The sheriff office conducted s a search warrant on Lejeune residence on December 5, 2013 where investigators found child pornography and improper visual recordings made at his residence. Lejeune was not at the residence during the execution of the search warrant, but was later found at work. Investigators with the Sheriff Office and Texas Ranger Travis Brazil conducted an interview with Lejeune who gave a confession to what evidence had been found at his residence.
Sheriff Bridges stated that during this time, investigators have been busy reviewing evidence found at the scene. Investigators have uncovered numerous DVD’s that were found in Lejeune bedroom. Sheriff Bridges stated that there are over 150 videos of improper visual recordings and over 30 videos of child pornography that were downloaded by Lejeune.
During the investigation the sheriff office has uncovered a sexual assault that occurred at Lejeune’s residence to a child in 1999. Lejeune was interviewed about the sexual assault of a child and has given a confession to the crime.
The Nacogdoches County Sheriff Office obtained two more warrants for Lejeune on December 17, 2013. Lejeune was filed on for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child a first felony and Possession of Child Pornography a 2nd felony.
Sheriff Bridges stated that the computers taken from Lejeune residence are still being processed by the Lufkin Police Department computer forensics dept. More charges may still be filed at the conclusion of this case.
Justin Lejeune is awaiting arraignment on the two felony charges filed today against him. Lejeune remains in the Nacogdoches County Jail.
The Texas Rangers, FBI and Lufkin Police Department are assisting in the investigation.
