The Nacogdoches Police Department Street Crimes Unit recently conducted alcohol enforcement checks at several Nacogdoches retail establishments. Officers conducted controlled attempts by a minor to purchase alcoholic beverages.
Officers attempted controlled purchases of alcoholic beverages by a minor at seven local retailers. None of the retailers checked sold to the minor.
The stores checked were:
• Tetco, 1626 N. University Dr.
• Rudy’s, 3104 N. University @ Austin
• Kroger, N. University Dr.
• Rudy’s Shell, 2830 North Street
• Walgreens, 3004 North St.
• Chevron, 3228 North St
• Donuts Plus, 4512 North St.
