Theft related charges filed on six people

The Nacogdoches County Sheriff Office has filed charges on six people from Nacogdoches in connection with an ongoing theft ring of four wheelers that occurred between the months of July and September of 2013.
Since July the Sheriff Office has been investigating the theft of five four wheelers taken from a motorcycle park on Fm 225. Sheriff Investigators were able to identify several suspects in the theft ring that has led to the recovery of all the stolen four wheelers. Sheriff Investigators recovered four of the all- terrain vehicles in Nacogdoches County and one that was hidden at a residence in Rusk County.
Sheriff Bridges stated that two of the suspects are juveniles. They were arrested and transported to the juvenile detention center. Three other suspects have been arrested in Nacogdoches County and were booked into the Nacogdoches county Jail. At this time one suspect still remains at large.
Jay Coutee 17 years of age, Christopher Randall 17 years of age, Jason Briley 17 years of age and two juveniles 16 years of age have been arrested for the offense of engaging in organized criminal activity a 2nd felony. A warrant has also been issued for the arrest of Andrew Sanders 17 years of age for the same offense.
The stolen four wheelers that have been recovered have been valued at $35,000.00 dollars. All property will be returned to the rightful owners. Sheriff Bridges stated that most of the suspects in these cases have cooperated with the investigation and helped identify where some of the four wheelers were being stored at.
