agree sparky
I know that this is a way to check and make sure people are doing the right thing but, are you not supposed to enforce the law when someone does bad instead of trying to set them up to do bad? Just seems like a waste of resources to entrap someone on a tobacco buy and it is only illegal to people under 18 because someone decided (and I agree) it is bad for you. When I was in school you could smoke and dip on campus. Why not try to catch a real criminal instead of trying to catch a tobacco user. Oh I know….tickets bring in revenue for the city and this looked like easy money. Kudos to the store for not falling for it and thank you to the city for wasting that the time of the store and the city resources.
