Water office drive through closed Thursday May 9th though Tuesday May 14th

The City of Nacogdoches is preparing to have roof repairs done to the historic Gladys Hampton building, home of City Hall located at 202 E. Pilar Street. To allow a safe working environment the water office drive through will be closed from Thursday, May 9th through Tuesday, May 14th. “We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our citizens, but as always safety is one of our top priorities,’ said Utility Billing Manager BD Rambin. Residents are encouraged to use our other payment options to pay their utility bills. Residents may pay online by visiting the City’s website at www.ci.nacogdoches.tx.us, and click on “pay utility bill.” Residents may also pay over the phone by calling 936-559-2593, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Our friendly staff in the water department is also available to take payments in person Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the water office located inside the side entrance of City Hall on Pecan Street. Customers may also set up an automatic bank draft by contacting the water office.
