Thursday July 12, 2012 – Friday July 13, 2012

On 7-13-2012 an Officer stopped a vehicle on East College St. for a traffic violation. The Officer discovered that the driver of the vehicle was driving with an invalid license and had prior convictions for driving with an invalid driver’s license. The subject was arrested for driving while license invalid with prior convictions and transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without incident. There is one suspect.

On 7-12-2012 an Officer discovered criminal mischief at the Baseball Field. The Officer observed that unknown subjects painted on the men’s baseball dug out. There are no suspects.

Monday July 9, 2012 – Tuesday July 10, 2012

On 7-9-2012 an Officer was dispatched to Steen Hall in reference to Theft. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised between 7-2-2012 and 7-6-2012 money was stolen from her unattended purse on two occasions at Steen Hall. There are no suspects.

Friday July 6, 2012 – Monday July 9, 2012

On 7-7-2012 an Officer was dispatched to the lobby of UPD in reference to Theft. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised between 7-6-2012 and 7-7-2012 her secure bicycle was stolen from the bike rack at Hall 20. The bicycle was recovered on 7-7-2012 in the 1900 block of North St. There is one suspect.
