Thursday June 7, 2012 – Friday June 8, 2012

On 6-7-2012 an Officer was dispatched to Barnes and Noble Bookstore in reference to Theft. Upon arrival the Officer located the suspect and the stolen item was returned to the Bookstore. There is one suspect.

Wednesday June 6, 2012 – Thursday June 7, 2012

Tuesday June 5, 2012 – Wednesday June 6, 2012

There are no reports.

Monday June 4, 2012 – Tuesday June 5, 2012

On 6-5-2012 an Officer was dispatched to University Woods Apartments in reference to Burglary of a Habitation. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised between 5-29-2012 and 6-5-2012 items were stolen from his secured residence at University Wood Apartments. There are no suspects.

Friday June 1, 2012 – Monday June 4, 2012

On 6-3-2012 an Officer was dispatched to the lobby of UPD in reference to Theft. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised between approximately 5-12-2012 and 6-2-2012 her secure bicycle was stolen from the bike rack in lot 47. There are no suspects.

On 5-2-2012 an Officer was contacted by a complainant at the Student Recreation Center in reference to Theft. The complainant stated on 5-2-2012 his cell phone and money was stolen from an unsecure locker at the Student Recreation Center. There are no suspects.

On 6-2-2012 an Officer attempted to contact three suspicious subjects near the SFA Tennis Complex Building. The subjects fled from the Officer on foot, all three subjects were apprehended. Two subjects were juveniles and released to a guardian. The third subject was an adult and was arrested for Evading Arrest or Detention and was transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without incident. There are three suspects.

On 6-1-2012 an Officer was dispatched to Lot 47 in reference to Hit and Run. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 6-1-2012 her unattended vehicle was damaged in Lot 47. There are no suspects.

On 6-1-2012 an Officer was dispatched to the Student Center in reference to Theft. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised between 5-25-2012 and 6-1-2012 three cases of drinks were stolen from a cooler inside the convenience store at the Student Recreation Center. There are no suspects.
