Thursday May 31, 2012 – Friday June 1, 2012

On 5-31-2012 an Officer stopped a vehicle on East College St. for a traffic violation. The Officer discovered two minors in possession of alcoholic beverages. Both subjects were issued citations for Minor in Possession of Alcohol. There are two suspects.

On 5-31-2012 an Officer was dispatched to Lot 42 West in reference to a 911 call from an emergency call box where the caller did not say anything. Upon arrival the Officer located a subject near the emergency call box; the subject advised the Officer that he did not have an emergency. There is one suspect.

Thursday May 24, 2012 – Tuesday May 29, 2012

On 5-26-2012 an Officer stopped a vehicle on North St. for a traffic violation. The officer made contact with the driver and discovered him to be intoxicated. The subject was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without Incident. There is one suspect.

On 5-24-2012 an Officer was dispatched to the lobby of UPD in reference to Hit and Run. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 5-23-2012 her vehicle was damaged in lot 25. There is one suspect.

Tuesday May 22, 2012 – Wednesday May 23, 2012

On 5-23-2012 an officer made contact with a complainant in the Business Office in reference to a known person who paid their student bill on 5-16-2012 using a fraudulent routing number. There is one suspect.

Monday May 21, 2012 – Tuesday May 22, 2012

On 5-22-2012 an Officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation on Starr Ave. The Officer made contact with the driver, who gave the Officer a fictitious name, was intoxicated, and driving with an invalid driver’s license. The subject was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated with Previous Convictions, Driving While License Invalid with Previous Suspension for DWI, and Failure to Identify. The subject was transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without incident. There is one suspect.

On 5-21-2012 an Officer observed a subject operating a motor vehicle with an expired temporary tag. The Officer made contact with the driver of the vehicle and discovered he was operating a motor vehicle while their driver’s license was invalid. The subject was arrested for Driving While License Invalid with Previous Convictions and transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without incident. There is one suspect.

On 5-21-2012 an Officer was contacted by a complainant in lot 3 in reference to a Criminal Mischief. The complainant stated on 5-21-2012 the passenger rear window of her vehicle was broken in Lot 3. There are no suspects.

Friday May 18, 2012 – Monday May 21, 2012

On 05/19/2012 while on patrol, an officer observed a vandalized walkway in the Ruby Mize Azalea Garden. The officer found that an unknown person(s) had used to spray paint to damage the walkway. There are no suspects.

05/19/2012 while on patrol, an officer observed a hand rail on the second floor of Hall 20 to have been damaged by an unknown person(s) on an unknown date and time. There are no suspects.
