I’m very concerned about his not staying in this county and doing his job here. You know, if someone’s life was in danger, I could appreciate his going over the line to apprehend the suspects, but that’s not the case. He could have very easily contacted the authorities over there and given them the information that his CI gave to him and waited for them to make the arrest. This wasn’t something that was life threatening or so imperative that he couldn’t wait on the Shelby County authorities. The debth of his arrogance is alarming. This is a man who’s running for sheriff, but is out of control. I’d like to know what Shelby County thinks about his getting the tip and not passing it on. I’d also like to know how the other Constables feel about him and his anctics. One might say, “who cares what they think, he’s getting out there”, well they would too if they had the information he has. He could “assist” the other agencies, but instead he wants all of the credit. What a media hound!

“Knows…..” I’m guessing you don’t read very well or you are very ignorant. You do realize Chireno and Black Jack are in Nacogdoches County, don’t you? This story does not have anything to do with Shelby County.

You’ve pretty much made a fool out of yourself with your comments.

        http://www.ktre.com/story/16546073/theft-investigation-leads-to-big-meth-bust-in-shelby-co

Clips: “SHELBY COUNTY, Texas (Press release) –
The Nacogdoches County Constable Office precinct 4 , along with the Shelby County Sheriff office has seized 55 grams of methamphetamine after a search of a residence in Shelby County”, “…both arrested for Felony possession of a controlled substance and transported to the Shelby County Jail.” (If they’d been arrested in Nacogdoches County, they’d have gone to the Nacogdoches County jail.), “Bridges stated that the constable office had an ongoing investigation on drug activity that was coming from this area into Nacogdoches County for sometime.” (Bridges is STATING that the drug activity was coming from “this area” (Shelby co.) into Nacogdoches County.)

And you know very well that I’m not talking about the arrest that this page is reporting. I’m talking about his working in Shelby County. You’re the fool for trying to mislead people by using smoke and mirrors. It is what it is. People don’t want elected officials who are going to tell them only half truths or mislead them, which is what you’re doing. I realize that you’re just acting out of example because of the lie Bridges told about his budget, but eventually you guys are going to have to start telling the truth and fessing up to what you’re doing and saying. You two need to get together and get your stories straight. It’s amusing how he calls the media and gives them quotes and then you come in behind him trying to deny the things that he, himself is bragging about doing.

Jason Bridges and his deputies are responsive when people call for help. They were on the scene and made the arrest of these two scum before they were able to scurry back into their hideaway. I can’t wait until the election to vote for Bridges.

How many trips into Shelby County did it take him and how many sting hours did it take for him to catch them at home all the while being paid with Nacogdochians’ tax dollars? I know that I don’t want someone in office who takes advantage of our money just to get his name in the paper.
