How the heck are you supposed to know the disposition of a case if everything is scratched out with a magic marker. It seems like if the DA is proud of a sentence or plea they’ll leave it for everyone to see, but if their plea deal is crap then they’ll mark it out where the public can’t see. Oh, and James Chatman at least needs a little time in jail. Y’all are not doing these addicts any favors by dismissing their charges.
