Constable arrest man for theft of a 4-wheeler

     The Nacogdoches county constable office precinct 4 has arrested one subject in connection with a stolen four wheeler that was taken from Woden, Texas. Constable Bridges stated that his office received information of the location of the stolen four wheeler late Sunday night at a residence in the central heights area. Deputies from both precinct 4 and 1 responded to the residence. Deputies received permission to search the residence and found the stolen four wheeler at the residence that had been previously reported.

     Constable Bridges stated that the four wheeler had been repainted from its original color. Officers were able to identify the four wheeler by locating the vin number and other identifying marks on the four wheeler.

     The constable office arrested David Rosenbaum Jr, 20 years of age from central heights for the offense of Theft- State jail felony and was transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail. Constable Bridges stated that this investigation is ongoing and we believe that more suspects may have been involved. The four wheeler that was recovered was reported stolen back in july of 2011.
