11. PUBLIC HEARING: Consider Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program FY 2011 Local Disparate Solicitation, in the amount of $11,860 to be equally divided between the Nacogdoches Police Department and Nacogdoches County Sheriff’s Department. (Police Chief/Grant Coordinator)

12. Consider budget amendment to transfer existing funds from Police Forfeiture account to purchase Spillman Technologies Mobile Law Forms/Field Interview software. (Police Chief)
