BREAKING: REPORTED ABDUCTION INVESTIGATED

     The Nacogdoches Police Department is currently investigating a reported abduction that occurred early this morning.

     A female victim reported to NPD that she was in the parking lot of TETCO convenience store located at the intersection of Starr Avenue and University Drive this morning at approximately 5:30 AM. The female reported that she was approached by a male suspect who forced her back into her vehicle and ordered her to drive him away from the store.

     The victim was ordered to drive to a location in the southeast section of the Stephen F. Austin State University campus. At that location, the victim was able to escape and flee the area.

     The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 6’ tall, short black hair, brown eyes, in his 20’s. The suspect was last seen wearing a dark colored shirt, dark slacks and tennis shoes.
