February 13: NPD Crime Report

     11-02212 / 200 South (DWLI) Officer stopped April Bruce for running a red light and then found her DL to be suspended. She was arrested.

     P11-02225 / 1122 N. University (Theft) After a report of a B/F in a red jacket taking jewelry from a store in the Mall, officer spotted the suspect in the parking lot. She saw officer and took off running. Officer stopped Kimberly Johnson, she still had one pair of earrings she had taken in a bag. She was arrested.

     P11-02226 / 4500 N. University Dr. (DWI) Officers responded to a reckless driver call. Officer found the tan Buick driving in the wrong lane of traffic. Driver was unresponsive to officers and an ambulance was called. driver appeared intoxicated on medications and she admitted to taking vicodin and soma pills. Blood test done and warrant will be requested.

     P11-02223 / 4300 North St. A (Found Property) Four TDC identification cards were found in the parking lot. TDC Huntsville Unit was contacted and it was verified that all four were still in custody.

     P11-02232 / 1500 Timberlake (Fraudulent Use of ID) comp attempted to file a tax statement and found that a suspect used her SS number and claimed her as a dependent.

     P11-02255 / 300 E. Seal St. (BOH) Victim reported sometime between 2140 and 2230 hrs, someone entered their home and took a 42” Samsung flat screen TV from the living room. Husband was asleep in the house at the time.

     P11-02258 / 1410 Martinsville (Incident Report) While investigating a noise complaint, officers heard a loud scream. They found a woman squatting between two cars with her pants down. When officer’s attempted to contact her, she stood up and fell backwards over a retaining wall. The woman was knocked unconscious for a short while. suspect was transported to Memorial ER where she was treated. An hour later, she was still screaming and fighting the ER staff. One ER nurse was slapped in the face and filed an assault complaint against her.

     P11-02237 / 1300 Spokane (Deadly Conduct, Criminal Mischief, Assault) Comp was arguing with suspect about him visiting their children. Suspect broke the mirror off of comps car and broke her windshield with it, he then pushed her down. Suspect then advised when comp was leaving, she tried to run over him with the car, he did not wish to file charges.

     P11-02252 / 3900 NW Stallings Dr. (Criminal Mischief) Victim saw a woman screaming, then walk to her vehicle and punch the quarter panel with her fist. 17-year-old Jordan Wallace was arrested for PI. She had been fighting with her boyfriend and just punched the first car she came to.

     P11-02253 / 1500 North St. (DWI) Officer was almost struck by a vehicle in Taco Bell parking lot. The driver Bradley Murry was in a very intoxicated condition. He was placed under arrest.

     P11-02249 / 300 Ritchie (Assault FV) Brother and sister had an argument that turned physical. No injuries, no one wanted to file charges on each other. One volunteered to leave for the night.

     P11-02262 / 1000 E. Main St. (Furnishing Alcohol To a Minor) Officers responded to a report of alcohol poisoning. Apparently one woman vomited, urinated, and defecated on herself, on the dance floor. While EMTs were treating her, officer found another 19-year-old woman sick from alcohol. She stated they had both been drinking together before entering the club. They were both treated at Memorial Hospital and released. A warrant will be requested for one suspect for furnishing alcohol to a minor.
