December 31 Crime Log: Next time, I have enough friends

     2807 Pearl St. (Agg Robbery) Victim stated a B/M befriended him today. Later, the same B/M came to his apartment and pointed a gun at the victim and took his XBOX 360. Although the victim did not know the suspect’s name, he did know the apartment where the suspect stayed. Officers went to that location and the woman who lived there let officers in. She stated who her boyfriend is, showed officers a photo, and gave officers the 38 cal. pistol that her boyfriend had dropped off earlier. Warrant requested.

     3413 E. Main (Criminal Mischief) Victim had the back windshield of her car busted out and the paint keyed. Witness reported two B/Fs damaging the car. Victim believes it was the ex-girlfriend of her new boyfriend.

     315 Ellington (Attempted Suicide) Husband was upset because his wife told him she was leaving. He took several pills and told his wife he would be better off dead. He was treated at Memorial and admitted.

     4100 North (Theft) Victim is disabled; he let two sons of his girlfriend inside. They started an argument and one ran into his bedroom and took his wallet and a cell phone, then quickly left.

     200 S. Lanana (PI & Assault FV) Officers responded to a disturbance in the street. A male subject was shouting at his girlfriend. Officers found him in an intoxicated state and placed him under arrest.
