NACOGDOCHES POLICE INVESTIGATING DOUBLE HOMICIDE

(October 28, 2023): Around 4:04 p.m. this afternoon Nacogdoches Police responded to a welfare check in the 100 block of S. Stone St. Officers arrived discovering two adult female victims deceased at the residence. Both victims appear to have suffered from a gunshot wound. We do believe this to be an isolated incident. The criminal investigation division is currently on scene. Residents are asked to avoid the area. This is an active investigation and as further information becomes available it will be released.
