NACOGDOCHES POLICE SET TO BEGIN TXDOT’S OPERATION SLOW DOWN

The Nacogdoches Police Department has successfully completed Txdot’s operation Click it or Ticket. During the enforcement period our officers made contact with 59 violators. Beginning June 7th we will begin participating in Operation Slow Down. Our officers will be working different areas in the city in order to gain voluntary compliance by increased traffic enforcement with the overall goal to decrease the number of traffic accidents.
