(July 27, 2021): The Nacogdoches Police Department responded to a report of a vehicle that had struck an ATM machine in the 3000 block of N. University Dr. early this morning around 5:17 a.m. Officers arrived to find that a vehicle had been utilized to attempt to gain entry into the ATM machine. The suspects had already fled the area. The vehicle was later found to have been stolen. At this time it does not appear the suspects were able to gain entry into the machine. As further information becomes available it will be released.
