On 02-14-2011 an Officer was dispatched to the lobby of UPD in reference to Harassment. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised between 2-10-2011 and 2-11-2011 he received unwanted text messages and phone calls from a known person. There is one suspect.
