December 25 Crime Log: It’s not my fault Santa put you on the naughty list

     10-22457 ~ 3300 Old Tyler ~ Criminal Mischief ~ comp stated someone scratched vulgar words into the hood of his truck last night.

     10-22454 ~1300 Pruitt Hill ~ BMV ~ comp advised that unknown suspects entered into her unlocked vehicle and removed her wallet.

     10-22471 ~ 1200 South ~ Counterfeit ~ While closing out registers the comp found a counterfeit 20 dollar bill.

     P10-22480 ~ 217 S. Church ~ Burglary ~ The complainant, advised that she was away from her apartment during the afternoon and someone entered and stole her billfold with no forced entry.

     P10-22484 ~ 4800 North ~ DWI Child Passenger ~ The complainant follow a vehicle to Wal-mart that had been weaving in traffic from the south side of town. Officer contacted the driver and identified her as Jean Marie Urban. She was found to be intoxicated and she was arrested.

     P10-22473 ~ 3400 E. Main ~ Burglary of a habitation ~ The complainant, advised that persons unknown entered her apartment and stole two pieces of jewelry. There was no forced entry and no other valuables were taken.

     P10-22487 ~ 1000 E. Main ~ Criminal Mischief ~ The complainant, advised that her 1994 Mercury Caprice had a tire cut on it while she was in the salon between 1920 and 1930. She valued the tire at 100 dollars.

     P10-22475 ~ 4800 Emerald ~Credit Card Abuse ~The complainant, advised that her boyfriend had assaulted her at her home. He then took twenty dollars cash from her purse and her debit card. She came to the police department a short time later to report unauthorized expenditures on the card. She wishes to file charges.
