Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity F-2
On the 27th of January 2017 a K-9 Officer with the Nacogdoches Police Department stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the 3700 Block of NW Stallings .
While talking to the driver of the vehicle, the Officer received consent to search the vehicle. During this consensual search the Officer located identifying information along with credit card information which was obtained fraudulently from individuals from different states. The Officer also located electronic equipment which was used to gather this information along with equipment that can make fraudulent credit cards. This investigation was investigated by Officers with the Nacogdoches Street Crimes unit and Homeland Security.
Victor Entenza (25) from Houston TX, Ricardo Chavez-Travieso (24) from Houston TX and Orlando Quesad-Oliva (20) from Port Arthur TX were arrested for F-2 Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity and placed into the Nacogdoches County Jail.
