Attend the Nacogdoches County Chamber of Commerce Fourth Friday Luncheon noon to 1 p.m., Friday, June 24 at Austin Hall, 4603 North St. “It’s a New Day at Nacogdoches Memorial Health” will be presented by Scott Street, CEO. The event’s Gold sponsor is Meadowview Place.
“In the past two years, we’ve worked to re-energize the culture and organization,” Street said. “The 40 million expansion project is completed and Memorial has been named Best Hospital, Best ER and Best Place to Have a Baby in 2015.”
Street was born and raised in north Arkansas. He attended college at Ouachita Baptist University, majored in Business and was also an All Conference Quarterback for the Ouachita Tigers. He met his wife Christine at Ouachita Baptist University, and they have been married for 31 years. They are blessed with four children, Samantha, Nathan, Zachary and Jacob.
Street completed his residency and spent 10 years with the Baptist Health System in Little Rock. He spent eight years in Duncan, Oklahoma as a CEO and was also President and Regional Strategy Officer of Mercy Hospital in northwest Arkansas.
The information presented at Fourth Friday Luncheon is vital for all local businesses, and it serves as the Chamber’s monthly membership meeting.
